Zoodle Bowls
Such a simple way to enjoy a meal of pasture-raised protein with plenty of fresh veggies! Choose our zoodles or buy the sauce only and serve over your own homemade pasta or polenta.
You will receive a glass container of sausage and veggies that should be gently warmed in a skillet (thaw first if frozen), then add the zoodles and stir for about half a minute. Place everything in a shallow bowl, top with shaved cheese or a little EVOO if desired, then dig in!
Made with local pasture-raised Italian pork sausage, organic celery, organic cherry tomatoes, local pasture-raised pork lard, organic garlic, organic extra-virgin olive oil, organic spices (oregano, basil, fresh-ground black pepper), and Himalayan pink salt. Zoodles are simply spiralized organic zucchini noodles.

Nothing says summer like our garlic scape-basil pesto, and there’s no easier main dish than our pesto-covered chicken breast! Serve straight from the fridge with optional zoodles (sauté briefly in butter; zoodles should remain crisp), or with pasta salad, grilled veggies, or a bed of greens. If you opt to heat it the fantastic bright green color will change to a darker green, but it will still be delicious.

Soups & Broths
A hearty broth made with local pastured beef knuckle bones, pastured beef shanks (marrow bones with meat), spring water, organic vegetables and fresh herbs (carrot, celery, thyme, bay leaves), organic raw apple cider vinegar, and Himalayan pink salt.
Due to time constraints we use stainless steel pressure cookers to produce our broth in 6 hours (the equivalent of 24 hours at a simmer). Once thawed, beef broth has a shelf life of about 7 days.

Our chicken broth is cooked for 4 hours in stainless steel pressure cookers (the equivalent of 16 hours at a regular simmer); it is packaged in BPA-free plastic containers once cooled, and promptly frozen.

A Vietnamese-style highly gelatinous beef broth, made with pastured oxtails (beef tail), pastured beef bones, ginger root, local yellow onions, organic aromatic spices (whole cloves, whole anise star, cinnamon sticks, fennel seed), organic raw apple cider vinegar, spring water, Red Boat fish sauce (contains anchovies and salt), and Himalayan pink salt.
Once thawed, pho broth has a shelf life of seven days.

We suggest spreading the Mexican rice in a casserole dish or oven-safe skillet, topping with shredded cheese if desired, and baking for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Note on sugar content: each FULL loaf contains about 8 tsp of honey while each individual muffin contains about 1.5 tsp of honey (6 g of added sugars). These are lightly sweetened, more suited to a snack or breakfast than a dessert for the standard palate. They are a good dessert option for anyone used to very little sweetener.

Our grain-free granola is addictively delicious and perfect for a quick snack, though we also love it with coconut milk and berries for breakfast or at bedtime. Made with organic soaked/toasted pecans, organic soaked/toasted almonds, and organic soaked/toasted sunflower seeds, mixed with organic chopped dates, organic expeller-pressed coconut oil, organic shredded coconut, organic cinnamon, organic nutmeg, and local dark raw honey. Store in the refrigerator to keep it crispy. Packaged in glass jars.

Highly nutritious pasture-raised chicken livers (Shaker Creek Farm) and yellow onions are sauteed in pastured pork lard (Clearview Farm) with Himalayan pink salt, a touch of brandy (gluten-free), and organic aromatic spices (black pepper, coriander, cloves, and allspice), then cooled and pureed with organic pastured ghee. The high vitamin A content of the liver is balanced and complemented by the high vitamin D content of the lard which is why we use this traditional fat. Packaged in 4-oz glass jars. Once opened, flavor is best within 3 days. Pate will arrive frozen; thaw in refrigerator when needed. If it thaws in transit you can refreeze until needed.
