Soups & Broths
A hearty broth made with local pastured beef knuckle bones, pastured beef shanks (marrow bones with meat), spring water, organic vegetables and fresh herbs (carrot, celery, thyme, bay leaves), organic raw apple cider vinegar, and Himalayan pink salt.
Due to time constraints we use stainless steel pressure cookers to produce our broth in 6 hours (the equivalent of 24 hours at a simmer). Once thawed, beef broth has a shelf life of about 7 days.

Local pasture-raised boneless chicken thighs marinated with organic extra-virgin olive oil, organic lemon juice and zest, organic garlic, organic Herbes de Provence, Himalayan pink salt, and organic black pepper. We bake them for you so all they need is to be warmed up. The sister to our millet sourdough, free of flax and millet for our customers who may wish to avoid one or both. Contains whole organic buckwheat groats, organic hemp seeds, organic expeller-pressed coconut oil, Himalayan pink salt, organic raw apple cider vinegar, spring water, organic sesame seeds, and baking soda. Slice thinly and toast or wrap in foil and warm at 350 for 15 minutes. We do not recommend serving this bread untoasted or unheated. Please store in the refrigerator or freeze for long-term storage.

GREAT FOR STUFFING!
This is the bread we make on a regular basis for our kids to enjoy French toast, grilled cheese sandwiches, “little pizzas,” BLTs, and more. It’s also the bread I use to make bread crumbs for classic beef meatloaf, salad croutons, and Italian wedding soup meatballs.
Please keep in mind this bread is grain-free so overall I consider it non-inflammatory, but it is NOT low-carb. I recommend it especially for children and anyone struggling to find a palatable wholesome option for GF bread. Also a very nice, wholesome white bread alternative for a sensitive stomach (during/after illness or in general). This bread is best toasted or used for making grilled sandwiches. Good for French toast as well but requires a little more thorough soaking (add some extra milk or nut milk to your egg batter and soak longer).
