An easy and delicious dinner that balances the need for high-quality protein and plenty of vegetables. You will receive a glass container of seasoned beef and veggies that can be gently warmed in a skillet (thaw first if frozen), then add the zoodles and stir for a minute or two. Zoodles should remain crisp for best flavor. Place everything in a bowl, top with a dollop of Greek yogurt or goat cheese if desired, then grab some chopsticks and dig in!

This dish is a spin-off of our popular marinated lemon garlic chicken, made with chicken breast instead of thighs and packaged in glass with plenty of veggies for an easy weeknight dinner.
You will receive a glass container of chicken and veggies that can be gently warmed in a skillet (thaw first if frozen), then the zoodles added and stirred for a minute. For the best flavor zoodles should remain crisp. Place everything in a bowl, add a little extra olive oil or shaved cheese if desired, then grab some chopsticks and dig in!
Made with local pasture-raised chicken breast, organic green veggies (asparagus, broccoli, or green beans (TBD)), organic Vidalia onions, organic extra-virgin olive oil, organic lemon juice & zest, organic garlic, organic thyme, organic black pepper, and Himalayan pink salt. Zoodles are simply spiralized organic zucchini noodles.
Alternatively, you can choose the option for sautéed veggies in glass only and store in your freezer, then later thaw, warm, and serve with a side dish of your choosing.

We recommend covering the dish of beef with foil and warming gently in a toaster oven just until heated through. Cook the zoodles in a little butter or olive oil in a skillet, stirring frequently for about 2-3 minutes. Zoodles should remain crisp. Place in a deep bowl and top with beef. Excellent with gochujang!

Soups & Broths
A hearty broth made with local pastured beef knuckle bones, pastured beef shanks (marrow bones with meat), spring water, organic vegetables and fresh herbs (carrot, celery, thyme, bay leaves), organic raw apple cider vinegar, and Himalayan pink salt.
Due to time constraints we use stainless steel pressure cookers to produce our broth in 6 hours (the equivalent of 24 hours at a simmer). Once thawed, beef broth has a shelf life of about 7 days.

A richly-colored, tasty broth made with local pastured chicken backs & feet, spring water, organic vegetables and fresh herbs (carrot, celery, thyme, bay leaves), organic raw apple cider vinegar, and Himalayan pink salt.
Our chicken broth is cooked for 4 hours in stainless steel pressure cookers (the equivalent of 16 hours at a regular simmer); it is packaged in BPA-free plastic containers once cooled, and promptly frozen.

This flavorful soup will delight and nourish…right down to the last drop! Our Paleo version of the classic Greek avgolemono soup, this soup is made with OWC chicken broth, local pasture-raised chicken breast, yellow onions, organic carrots, local duck fat, local pasture-raised egg yolks, fresh organic lemon juice, and Himalayan pink salt.

Locally grown tomatoes and dill take center stage in this light and savory soup. A Vietnamese-style highly gelatinous beef broth, made with pastured oxtails (beef tail), pastured beef bones, ginger root, local yellow onions, organic aromatic spices (whole cloves, whole anise star, cinnamon sticks, fennel seed), organic raw apple cider vinegar, spring water, Red Boat fish sauce (contains anchovies and salt), and Himalayan pink salt.
Once thawed, pho broth has a shelf life of seven days.

These extraordinary muffins and loaves are made with organic steamed/pureed beets, local pastured eggs, organic raw cacao powder, organic expeller-pressed coconut oil, organic coconut flour, local dark raw honey, baking soda, and Himalayan pink salt. We recommend serving at room temperature or slightly warmed (otherwise keep refrigerated).
Note on sugar content: each FULL loaf contains about 8 tsp of honey while each individual muffin contains about 1.5 tsp of honey (6 g of added sugars). These are lightly sweetened, more suited to a snack or breakfast than a dessert for the standard palate. They are a good dessert option for anyone used to very little sweetener.

A Moroccan-style ferment. Organic white cauliflower florets, organic carrots, fresh organic garlic, bay leaves, spring water, and organic spices (cumin seeds, coriander seeds, crushed red pepper). Provides probiotics and enzymes to help with digestion. Digestible and very flavorful--cauliflower makes a fabulous ferment! NOT SPICY, OUR BOYS’ FAVORITE!
