Such a simple way to enjoy a meal of pasture-raised protein with plenty of fresh veggies! Choose our zoodles or buy the sauce only and serve over your own homemade pasta or polenta.
You will receive a glass container of sausage and veggies that should be gently warmed in a skillet (thaw first if frozen), then add the zoodles and stir for about half a minute. Place everything in a shallow bowl, top with shaved cheese or a little EVOO if desired, then dig in!

Soups & Broths
A hearty broth made with local pastured beef knuckle bones, pastured beef shanks (marrow bones with meat), spring water, organic vegetables and fresh herbs (carrot, celery, thyme, bay leaves), organic raw apple cider vinegar, and Himalayan pink salt.
Due to time constraints we use stainless steel pressure cookers to produce our broth in 6 hours (the equivalent of 24 hours at a simmer). Once thawed, beef broth has a shelf life of about 7 days.

A vibrant living green that is the most nutrient-dense vegetable on earth, boasting an abundance of compounds that assist the body with its natural detoxifying processes. I crave and love the slight bitterness of detoxifying leafy greens, but to me the flavor of watercress, which also has a peppery bite, is something entirely unique and I wait for it all year long.
Watercress grows in springtime streams for only a short time, making it the ultimate seasonal spring soup! The hydroponic varieties cannot hold a candle to truly fresh and hearty watercress. Made with OWC chicken broth, local watercress, organic zucchini, local celery root, yellow onions, organic pasture-raised ghee, organic black pepper, and Himalayan pink salt. We recommend serving it chilled, but it’s also delicious served warm (too much heating will turn the vibrant color way down).

Our chicken broth is cooked for 4 hours in stainless steel pressure cookers (the equivalent of 16 hours at a regular simmer); it is packaged in BPA-free plastic containers once cooled, and promptly frozen.

Highly nutritious pasture-raised chicken livers (Shaker Creek Farm) and yellow onions are sauteed in pastured pork lard (Clearview Farm) with Himalayan pink salt, a touch of brandy (gluten-free), and organic aromatic spices (black pepper, coriander, cloves, and allspice), then cooled and pureed with organic pastured ghee. The high vitamin A content of the liver is balanced and complemented by the high vitamin D content of the lard which is why we use this traditional fat. Packaged in 4-oz glass jars. Once opened, flavor is best within 3 days. Pate will arrive frozen; thaw in refrigerator when needed. If it thaws in transit you can refreeze until needed.

A traditional probiotic tonic with a rich, pickly flavor (it doesn't taste like beets), great for building healthy blood, boosting iron levels, liver detox, and strengthening digestion. We recommend 1-2 ounces morning and evening, served at room temperature. Made from organic red beets, garlic, Himalayan pink salt, and spring water. Delicious and a gorgeous deep color. Start them early and even your kids will like it! Our three boys have it every morning with breakfast.
