DELIVERIES
Where do you deliver?
We deliver weekly to Manhattan, Brooklyn, Long Island City, Queens and The Bronx every Wednesday afternoon (Blue Zone). We deliver every other Thursday/Friday to Westchester, Rockland & Fairfield Counties (Pink Zone) and to Ulster, Orange, Dutchess, Columbia & Berkshire Counties (Green Zone). Deliveries are available in New Jersey by request. Please text (718) 490-2839 to inquire. If your area is not represented, please contact us. Shipping is also available!
When is my delivery day?

Do you offer shipping?
Yes, we offer shipping in the Tri-State area. Please see our shipping site for more information!
How many boxes will I receive?
If your order is under $400, you’ll receive one box. If your order over $400, you will need two boxes, with a $50 shipping fee on each box. (If we’re able to fit everything into one box, we’ll refund the additional shipping fee.)
When will I receive my delivery?
We overnight ship orders every Wednesday. If you need your food by a certain date, please indicate at checkout and we’ll do our best to accommodate. If select items aren’t ready by your required delivery date, we’ll contact you about a substitution, or refund the missing items.
Will my food arrive frozen?
We’ll make every effort to ensure your food will arrive frozen. Our broths, stews, soups, and meat sauces stay frozen longest. However, some items are more susceptible to thawing during transit, including breads, kebabs, cutlets, nuggets, meatballs, pate, and other items that are not liquid. If anything has thawed during transit, refreeze or refrigerate immediately.

What if I’m dissatisfied with my order?
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re dissatisfied with any of our products, are missing an item, or receive a defective item please notify us immediately by texting (718) 490-2839. We’ll issue a refund to your credit card or a credit to your next order. We want you to be a happy and loyal customer, so please provide feedback if we’re not meeting your needs!
