This dish is a spin-off of our popular marinated lemon garlic chicken, made with lavender in lieu of garlic, and packaged for an easy weeknight dinner with plenty of accompanying veggies.
You will receive a glass container of chicken and veggies that can be gently warmed in a skillet (thaw first if frozen), then the zoodles added and stirred for a minute. For the best flavor zoodles should remain crisp. Place everything in a bowl with the optional baby greens, add a little extra olive oil or shaved cheese if desired, then grab some chopsticks and dig in!
Made with local pasture-raised chicken breast, organic or local asparagus spears, organic radicchio (sautéed to tone down the bitterness), organic extra-virgin olive oil, organic lemon juice & zest, local lavender, organic thyme, organic black pepper, and Himalayan pink salt. Zoodles are simply spiralized organic zucchini noodles. Baby greens are fresh organic greens that look good to us this week (such as arugula, kale, spinach, or a combo. If you have favorite greens from your garden or farmer’s market simply choose the option without greens.)
Alternatively, you can choose the option for sautéed veggies in glass only and store in your freezer, then later thaw, warm, and serve with a side dish of your choosing.
