An easy and delicious dinner that balances the need for high-quality protein and plenty of vegetables. You will receive a glass container of spiced beef and veggies that can be gently warmed in a skillet (thaw first if frozen), then add the zoodles and fresh greens delivered alongside and stir for a minute. Place everything in a bowl, top with a dollop of Greek yogurt or goat cheese if desired, then grab some chopsticks and dig in!

Made with local grass-fed ground beef, organic baby bok choy, organic green cabbage, yellow onions, organic scallions, organic carrots, organic extra-virgin olive oil, organic expeller-pressed coconut oil, organic parsley, organic spices (cumin, coriander, paprika, black pepper, cinnamon, sumac, allspice, cardamom, cloves, nutmeg), organic white wine vinegar, and Himalayan pink salt.

Zoodles are simply spiralized organic zucchini noodles. Baby greens are fresh organic greens that look good to us this week (such as arugula, kale, spinach, or a combo. If you have favorite greens from your garden or farmer’s market simply choose the option without greens.)

Alternatively, you can choose the option for sauteed veggies in glass only and store in your freezer, then later thaw, warm, and serve over noodles or greens that you provide yourself.
