One of my beloved favorites as a child, except in our house we called it Italian American (it is widely known as American chop suey or American goulash). Ours is made with pastured ground beef, Jovial glass-jar organic crushed tomatoes, organic green bell peppers, organic yellow onions, organic glass-jar tomato paste, organic garlic, pastured beef tallow, organic black pepper, and Himalayan pink salt. Served with Rustichella d'Abruzzo organic red lentil penne (contains only organic red lentils).
