Similar in flavor to our beef broth, this not-often-available broth is made with local pastured lamb shanks & bones, spring water, organic vegetables and fresh herbs (carrot, celery, thyme, bay leaves), organic raw apple cider vinegar, and Himalayan pink salt.

Due to time constraints and safety concerns at our commercial kitchen we use stainless steel pressure cookers to produce our broth in 5 hours. Please note that broth ordered in plastic will come frozen. Once thawed, lamb broth has a shelf life of one week.
