A hearty broth made with local pastured beef knuckle bones, pastured beef shanks (marrow bones with meat), spring water, organic vegetables and fresh herbs (carrot, celery, thyme, bay leaves), organic raw apple cider vinegar, and Himalayan pink salt.

Due to time constraints we use stainless steel pressure cookers to produce our broth in 6 hours (the equivalent of 24 hours at a simmer). Once thawed, beef broth has a shelf life of about 7 days.
