Serving size guide: approximately 5 3-oz patties or 8 2-oz patties.
Serving suggestion: thaw and form into 6-8 thin patties. Fry in a small amount of expeller-pressed coconut oil, ghee, bacon fat, or lard. When the sausage is almost done add baby braising greens (kale, arugula, spinach, etc), seasoned with salt and garlic powder and saute. Serve with lactofermented vegetables. These make a great breakfast! You may also form them into patties and refreeze, then at bedtime simply take out whatever you need for breakfast the following morning and thaw in the fridge (or select our preformed patty option for the ultimate convenience).
