Locally-grown organic white muu radishes, spiralized into thin or thick "noodles" and tossed with crushed Korean-style dried red peppers, organic scallions, Himalayan pink salt, organic coconut sugar (to facilitate fermentation), and Red Boat fish sauce (contains anchovy + salt). Mildly spicy.
