A delicious sourdough made only with soaked whole millet that has been fermented exclusively with spring water and raw organic apple cider vinegar. Fantastic toasted with butter and poached eggs or our signature pate, or for an open-faced sandwich. Due to its excellent texture and flavor, we are repeatedly told by our customers that this is the best gluten-free bread they have ever eaten!

Contains organic whole millet, organic golden flax seed meal, spring water, organic expeller-pressed coconut oil, baking soda, organic raw apple cider vinegar, Himalayan pink salt, and organic sesame seeds. Please store in the refrigerator or freeze for long-term storage.
