This is the bread Hugo makes on a regular basis for our kids to enjoy French toast, grilled cheese sandwiches, “little pizzas,” BLTs, and more. It’s also the bread I use to make bread crumbs for classic beef meatloaf, salad croutons, and Italian wedding soup meatballs.
Please keep in mind this bread is grain-free so overall I consider it non-inflammatory, but it is NOT low-carb. I recommend it especially for children and anyone struggling to find a palatable wholesome option for GF bread. Also a very nice, wholesome white bread alternative for a sensitive stomach (during/after illness or in general). This bread is best toasted or used for making grilled sandwiches. Good for French toast as well but requires a little more thorough soaking (add some extra milk or nut milk to your egg batter).
Contains cassava flour, arrowroot flour, local pasture-raised eggs, spring water, organic extra virgin olive oil, raw honey, active dry yeast, Himalayan pink salt, and organic sesame seeds.
