Local leeks lightly sautéed in organic pasture-raised ghee, then briefly simmered in a blend of organic coconut milk & organic almond milk with local pasture-raised egg yolks added for extra richness and nourishment, and finally baked with an optional topping of gluten-free/grain-free breadcrumbs (made from our Family Sandwich Bread) and Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese. Seasoned with Redmond RealSalt and fresh-ground organic black pepper made with four peppercorn varieties. If you prefer, you may choose to omit the topping from your dish.
CONTAINS NUTS & EGG YOLKS; DAIRY OPTIONAL
Packaged in glass; simply remove the lid, warm, and serve.
Please run your glass containers through a dishwashing & drying cycle, then return them to us with the lids in a separate baggie.
