Made with local grass-fed ground beef first seasoned with organic fennel seeds, organic oregano, organic allspice, and organic basil, then slow-cooked with portobello caps and porcini and shiitake mushrooms. Also contains yellow onions, organic tomato paste, organic extra-virgin olive oil, organic garlic, organic Balsamic vinegar, organic black pepper, and Redmond RealSalt. This delicious meaty sauce can be served with pasta, polenta, zucchini noodles, or on its own as a stew (delicious with a dollop of ricotta cheese!).
