Spring Vegetable Medley Zoodle Bowl

Our latest favorite warm-weather dinner! You will receive a glass container of sautéed veggies that simply need to be gently warmed in a skillet (thaw first if frozen), then the side of zoodles added and stirred for a minute. Zoodles should remain crisp. Place everything in a bowl, with optional greens, top with shaved cheese or a fried egg if you want to add some protein, a little EVOO for extra fat if desired, then grab some chopsticks and dig in! We also like fresh-ground black pepper on top.

Made with local asparagus, organic leeks, English peas, organic baby red potatoes, organic fennel, organic radishes, organic extra-virgin olive oil, organic lemon juice and zest, organic fresh-ground black pepper, and Himalayan pink salt. Zoodles are simply spiralized organic zucchini noodles. Baby greens are fresh organic greens that look good to us this week (such as arugula, kale, spinach, or a combo. If you have favorite greens from your garden or farmer’s market simply choose the option without greens.)

Alternatively, you can choose the option for sautéed veggies in glass only and store in your freezer, then later thaw, warm, and serve over noodles or greens that you provide yourself.
