Nothing says summer like our garlic scape-basil pesto, and there’s no easier main dish than our pesto-covered chicken breast! Serve straight from the fridge with optional zoodles (sauté briefly in butter; zoodles should remain crisp), or with pasta salad, grilled veggies, or a bed of greens. If you opt to heat it the fantastic bright green color will change to a darker green, but it will still be delicious.
Made with local pasture-raised chicken breast (baked with Himalayan pink salt, black pepper, and organic garlic powder) and topped with our pesto (local basil & garlic scapes, organic Italian EVOO, toasted pine nuts, and Himalayan pink salt).
