


NEW! Classic Chicken Stew with Carrots & Shallots
This is one of my children’s favorite homemade dishes, though I only make it when I have the time to cut up a whole chicken and carefully brown and stew the pieces with grain-free dumplings (this does not happen often!). I’ve now decided to offer it to you to enjoy with your family.
Made with local pasture-raised chicken thighs (skin-on, bone-in to retain the nutritional benefits; these are removed before packaging), OWC chicken broth, organic carrots, shallots, local duck fat, organic arrowroot flour, Himalayan pink salt, wild bay leaves, and organic seasonings (marjoram, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika).
We recommend our Irish Soda Biscuits alongside.
