


Mexican Cauliflower Rice with Ground Beef
A low-carb twist on the comfort food classic. Ours is made with local cauliflower, local grass-fed ground beef, organic fire-roasted crushed tomatoes, OWC chicken broth, yellow onions, organic red and green bell peppers, organic spices (chili powder, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, cumin, allspice, black pepper), local duck fat, and Himalayan pink salt. Packaged in pint and quart jars. We suggest spreading the Mexican rice in a casserole dish or oven-safe skillet, topping with shredded cheese if desired, and baking for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Add shredded lettuce, sliced avocados, salsa, and even sour cream for a satisfying and flavorful meal.
Please run your glass containers through a dishwashing cycle and return them to us, with the lids in a separate plastic or paper bag.
We recommend allowing about 1.5 cups per person. There are approx. 2 cups per pint and 4 cups per quart.
