Mexican Cauliflower Rice with Ground Beef

A low-carb twist on the comfort food classic. Ours is made with local cauliflower, local grass-fed ground beef, organic fire-roasted crushed tomatoes, OWC chicken broth, yellow onions, organic red and green bell peppers, organic expeller-pressed coconut oil, organic tomato paste, organic spices (chili powder, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, cumin, allspice, black pepper), and Redmond RealSalt. We suggest spreading the Mexican rice in a casserole dish or oven-safe skillet, topping with shredded cheese if desired, and baking for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. After heating, add shredded lettuce, sliced avocados, salsa, and optional sour cream for a satisfying and flavorful meal.

We recommend allowing about 1.5 cups per person. There are approx. 2 cups per pint and 4 cups per quart. Glass packaging available; please wash and return.
