This stew is one of my favorite dishes, so comforting and sustaining when I’m up late working. I warm up half a pint on the stove and will sometimes serve it with sour cream. If serving to your family try with Siete tortillas (cassava flour or almond flour) and sliced avocados. The casserole is a great option if you’d like roasted sweet potatoes and (optional) cheese with the chicken, to make a complete and hearty meal.
Made with local pasture-raised chicken breasts, organic crushed tomatoes, yellow onions, organic bell peppers, OWC chicken broth, organic tomato paste, Thai chili peppers, organic scallions, organic garlic, local duck fat, organic oregano, organic cumin, and Himalayan pink salt. Casserole option also contains organic roasted sweet potatoes (contains organic expeller-pressed coconut oil), and optional organic pepper-jack cheese topping.
Pint sized is ~1 lb; quart sized is ~2 lb.
7” round contains 21 oz before optional cheese; 9” round contains over 2 lb before optional cheese.
Please wash, dry, and return our glass jars at your next delivery. Do not attach lids until jars are completely dried and cooled to avoid rust forming inside the lids.
