Our newest addition to a roster of favorites… and you’ll soon see why! Made with local pasture-raised chicken breast, Wellshire Farms Black Forest ham (no nitrates/nitrates); option of organic Swiss cheese + Parmigiano-Reggiano / dairy-free Daiya Swiss + Daiya Parmesan / or NO cheese; gluten-free/grain-free bread crumbs (made from our Family Sandwich Bread; contains eggs + yeast); organic almond milk; organic Dijon mustard, organic pasture-raised ghee; and Himalayan pink salt. This is not made in the classic way (pounded chicken rolled up, then breaded & baked); instead the chicken is layered with other ingredients, baked in a sheet pan and then packaged in glass containers, with sauce in the bottom of the dish. Just heat and serve.
CONTAINS EGGS & NUTS; OPTIONAL DAIRY
Please run our glass containers through a dishwashing & drying cycle and return them to us with the lids in a separate baggie.
