Pastured, locally-raised beef brisket braised for six hours with OWC beef broth, organic glass-jar strained tomatoes, organic red wine, organic garlic, organic fresh & dried thyme, organic bay leaves, organic black pepper, and Himalayan pink salt. Also contains yellow onions and organic carrots.

Plastic and glass packaging. Please run your glass containers through a dishwashing and drying cycle and return them to us with the lids in a separate baggie.
