Our philosophical foundation is based in the work of Weston A. Price who studied the traditional diets of healthy and long-lived indigenous peoples, and the gut-healing protocol (a.k.a. GAPS) of Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride, with offerings that suit customers following a range of special diets: GF/CF, Paleo, grain-free, refined sugar-free, Whole30, low FODMAPS, AIP, low-starch, and low-carb.
Our extensive menu includes five varieties of therapeutic and healing bone broths made with spring water, naturally fermented vegetables (for probiotics and enzymes), alternative baked goods (made solely from real whole foods ingredients), grass-fed organic meat dishes, local/organic vegetable purees and other seasonal sides, healthier treats, and sustaining snacks like our pastured chicken liver pate. Menu options are updated twice weekly so there is always something new and delicious to try!
