What could be better than a moist and tender banana loaf made from ingredients that are actually good for you? Not to mention the delicious and nutty topping! Our coffee cakes are baked in 7” round pans and are delicious served chilled or at room temperature (please store in the refrigerator).
Loaf is made from organic bananas, organic coconut flour, organic almond butter, local pasture-raised eggs, organic vanilla extract, organic raw apple cider vinegar, organic cinnamon, baking soda, and Himalayan pink salt.
Topping contains superfine almond flour, toasted organic pecans, organic palm shortening, organic coconut sugar, and organic cinnamon.
