Made with organic coconut flour, local pasture-raised eggs, local zucchini, optional organic raisins, organic expeller-pressed coconut oil, raw honey (only about 4 tsp per loaf, less than 1 tsp per muffin), organic spices (cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves), Himalayan pink salt, and baking soda. Delicious both heated and unheated (amazing with cream cheese!). One small round loaf.
