Local/organic pumpkins are roasted, scooped, and blended into this delicately spiced and creamy soup perfect for the holiday season. Also contains OWC chicken broth, yellow onions, local duck fat, organic spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, allspice, cloves, cardamom, cumin, cayenne), organic coconut milk, local unrefined maple syrup, organic apple cider vinegar, and Himalayan pink salt.
Made with superfine almond flour, organic arrowroot flour, organic coconut flour, organic pumpkin puree, organic palm shortening, organic coconut sugar, local pasture-raised eggs, organic coconut milk, organic spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves), baking soda, baking powder, and Himalayan pink salt.
Store on the counter and enjoy within 2 days of receipt, or store in the fridge for longer shelf life (best warmed up before serving if storing in the fridge).

These chocolate chip cookie bars are made with superfine almond flour, organic chocolate chips (organic chocolate liquor, organic cane sugar, organic cocoa butter), organic shredded coconut, raw dark honey, local pasture-raised eggs, organic expeller-pressed coconut oil (no coconut flavor), organic fair-trade vanilla extract, Himalayan pink salt, and baking soda. Unbelievably delicious.

Our Thanksgiving casseroles are made with three layers of comforting and nourishing holiday favorites: our grain-free stuffing on the bottom, local pastured sliced turkey breast (+gravy) in the middle, and organic sweet potato puree on top. Don’t miss!
Stuffing contains yellow onions, organic celery, local Mutsu apples, organic blanched almond flour, organic expeller-pressed coconut oil, local pasture-raised eggs, organic dried herbs (sage, thyme, rosemary, marjoram), organic black pepper, and Himalayan pink salt.
Turkey layer is made with local pasture-raised turkey breast, OWC turkey broth (local pasture-raised turkey bones, local pasture-raised chicken feet, and spring water), local duck fat, local pasture-raised turkey skin (for gravy), Himalayan pink salt, and organic black pepper.
Whipped sweet potato layer contains local/organic sweet potatoes steamed and pureed until creamy and smooth with organic black pepper, Himalayan pink salt, and organic pasture-raised ghee (optional).
Casseroles are delivered fresh in glass (“single” - approx. 1 lb, two moderate portions), frozen in a 7” foil pan (1.5 lb), or frozen in a 9” pan (3 lb).
