A Vietnamese-style highly gelatinous beef broth, made with pastured oxtails (beef tail), pastured beef bones, ginger root, local yellow onions, organic aromatic spices (whole cloves, whole anise star, cinnamon sticks, fennel seed), organic raw apple cider vinegar, spring water, Red Boat fish sauce (contains anchovies and salt), and Himalayan pink salt.

Once thawed, pho broth has a shelf life of seven days.
