Ghee from 100% grass-fed/pasture-raised cows - this is our favorite ghee, and the same that we use in-house for our recipes that require ghee. Ghee has a higher smoke point than butter since it does not contain lactose (or casein for that matter). Use it for perfect scrambled eggs, veggie purees, and as a "buttery" and luscious topping on anything else you like! This is hands down the very best ghee.
