Pastured ground round (lean ground beef), grass-fed buffalo, or pastured soy-free ground turkey seasoned with organic black pepper, Himalayan pink salt, and pastured soy-free egg (optional) with the option of a nutritious boost from ground organ meats (pastured beef liver and heart). NOTE: you will need to form your own patties from this mixture. COMES RAW AND FROZEN.

Serving size guide: 4 4-oz patties or 8 2-oz sliders

Serving suggestion for sliders: Form into 8 balls, place on a pan and flatten slightly. Preheat toaster oven to 500 degrees and broil for 5 min. Top with cheese and broil 1 min more. Serve with sliced avocado and tomato or over fresh greens.
