Local pastured chicken thighs from Greenane Farm marinated with organic extra-virgin olive oil, organic lemon juice and zest, local/organic garlic, organic Herbes de Provence, Himalayan pink salt, and organic black pepper. We bake them for you so all they need is to be warmed up. We recommend that you sprinkle with a few drops of water or chicken broth, wrap in foil (or cover pan with foil), and warm in a preheated toaster oven for about 15-20 minutes.

Salad is made with local/organic roasted baby Romanesco and organic leeks, tossed with a tasty green olive dressing (contains green olives & brine, organic raw apple cider vinegar, organic black pepper, and Bionaturae organic extra-virgin Italian olive oil).
