Lemon-garlic chicken thighs with Herbes de Provence (1 lb pan)

Local pastured chicken thighs marinated with organic extra-virgin olive oil, organic lemon juice and zest, local/organic garlic, organic Herbes de Provence, Himalayan pink salt, and organic black pepper. We bake them for you so all they need is to be warmed up. We recommend that you sprinkle with a few drops of water or chicken broth, wrap in foil (or cover pan with foil), and warm in a preheated toaster oven for about 15-20 minutes. Perfect with our sweet potato puree!
