Sweet potato casserole w/optional pecans (32 oz)

Local/organic sweet potatoes steamed and whipped with Himalayan pink salt, organic black pepper, and grass-fed ghee (optional) for a perfectly sweet and creamy side dish, then paired with glazed pecans for your Thanksgiving enjoyment! Pecan topping (packaged separately) contains halved toasted pecans, pastured soy-free egg whites, raw honey, and Himalayan pink salt. Sweet potatoes are packaged in glass quart jars and pecans are packaged in plastic half-pint containers.

Some assembly is required for this dish to enable heating it up without burning the pecans or making them soggy.

Directions: empty the whipped sweet potatoes into a shallow 1-quart casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees uncovered until golden brown and bubbly. Add pats of butter or ghee to the top, if desired, and top with glazed pecans. Bake an additional 5 minutes, then serve. We do not recommend covering the hot casserole once topped with pecans, or the steam may make them soggy.
