An easy weeknight meal that will please the entire family! Seasoned turkey meatballs baked and served atop a bed of fluffy quinoa (optional), sprinkled with chopped parsley. We take special care with our quinoa so that it's completely delicious, first soaking it for 1-2 days so that it sprouts, then stir-frying it in pastured chicken fat with sauteed onions, then slowly steaming it in the oven with OWC chicken broth.

Meatballs contain organic pastured ground turkey, organic yellow onions, organic garlic, pastured soy-free eggs, expeller-pressed coconut oil, organic parsley, organic oregano, organic cumin, organic thyme, organic black pepper, and Himalayan pink salt.

Quinoa contains organic white quinoa, OWC chicken broth, organic yellow onions, soy-free pastured chicken fat, organic curry powder, organic black pepper, and Himalayan pink salt.
