Workshop One: Why Food Matters + the Story of Weston Price and Traditional Diets

Come with an open mind and begin an exciting process of reexamining your long-held beliefs about food and health. Learn how traditional diets devoid of processed foods and naturally high in key nutrients kept people healthy and well long into old age. Presentation will be 1 hour and 15 minutes followed by 45 minutes spent on Q&A and group discussion. Registrants receive a gift for their registration fee: a Healthy4Life booklet from the Weston A. Price Foundation and a dozen soy-free pastured eggs!

Don't miss the two follow-up workshops to be held in November and December. This three-part series will have you well on your way to a healthier, more natural way of eating and you will begin reaping the benefits immediately!

Hardscrabble Day (Village of Red Hook)

Visit our table out in front of our shop this Saturday, Sept 16, for Red Hook's community Hardscrabble Day! We will offer snack sizes of our popular chicken soup and pastured beef chili, as well as a delicious locally-sourced salad and our scrumptious chocolate chip cookie bar bites! See our exhibit of ingredients (and find out why we use what we use), pick up some brochures and postcards to share with friends and family, and learn more about what we do.
