Welcome to the Oliver Weston Company, New York City and the Hudson Valley's premier source for nutrient-dense prepared foods for special diets. We use organic, local ingredients and time-honored methods in a dedicated gluten-free commercial kitchen to offer you the very best in nourishing and healing foods, both in-store and delivered fresh to your door.

Our philosophical foundation is based in the work of Weston A. Price who studied the traditional diets of healthy and long-lived indigenous peoples, and the gut-healing protocol (a.k.a. GAPS) of Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride, with offerings that suit customers following a range of special diets: GF/CF, AIP, refined sugar-free, Whole30, Paleo, low FODMAPS, grain-free, low-starch, and low-carb.

Our extensive menu includes five varieties of therapeutic and healing bone broths, naturally fermented vegetables (for probiotics and enzymes), alternative baked goods (made solely from real whole foods ingredients), grass-fed organic meat dishes, local/organic vegetable purees and other seasonal sides, healthier treats, and sustaining snacks like our pastured chicken liver pate. Menu options are updated twice weekly so there is always something new and delicious to try!

Many of our customers come to us for health reasons, because of food allergies, or to nourish and heal their young children; others simply appreciate our local/organic approach and carefully selected ingredients, and rely on us to keep them healthy and strong year after year.

Our made-to-order meat mixtures make for a quick and nutritious weeknight meal. We use organic pastured meats for our meatball, burger, and sausage mixtures, including beef, pork, lamb, turkey, and buffalo, plus the option of a special organ meat blend (beef heart & liver) to add a nutritious boost.

That week may have been the best I’ve eaten all year... Everything had lots of flavor, but it also all tasted like things I could have made myself, if I only had the time (maybe), which I found to be oddly comforting.
